They commit to attending at least 50% of the weekly meetings for their child&amp;rsquo;s section, helping with activities and supervision under the guidance of the Section Leaders.
Why We Need Adult Supporters Regular extra adults let leaders run a wider range of activities, keep the right supervision ratios for everything from outdoor adventures to craft, and give Scouts more individual attention.</description></item><item><title>Friends of Bardon Scouts</title><link>https://bardonscouts.org.au/leaders/friends/</link><pubDate>Mon, 01 Jan 0001 00:00:00 +0000</pubDate><guid>https://bardonscouts.org.au/leaders/friends/</guid><description>Friends of Bardon Scouts are people who have been part of the group and want to stay in touch: former leaders and committee members, parents whose children have moved on, past supporters, former Scouts who grew up at Bardon, and anyone in the community who supports what we do.
Staying Connected Friends are invited to special events, celebrations and reunions, and hear about the group&amp;rsquo;s milestones. Why We Have a Parent Roster Extra adults keep supervision ratios where they need to be, so every Scout can join in safely.
