Uniforms
What You’ll Need
The basic uniform consists of three items:
1. Section Shirt
Choose the shirt for your child’s section:
- Joeys: Joey Polo Shirt
- Cubs: Cub Polo Shirt or Cub Button-Up Shirt
- Scouts: Scout Polo Shirt or Scout Button-Up Shirt
- Venturers: Venturer Button-Up Shirt, male fit or womens fit
2. Queensland Scarf
All sections wear a Queensland scarf in maroon with badge:
- Joeys & Cubs: Queensland Youth Scarf
- Scouts, Venturers & Adults: Queensland Leader/Adult Scarf
3. Woggle
A woggle is used to hold the scarf in place.

Tip for Joey & Cub Parents: It is very common for younger scouts to lose their woggle during meetings while playing games and running about. Once lost, woggles can be hard to locate in the grass. We recommend using a safety pin or similar method to secure the woggle to the scarf, ensuring it cannot come loose during activities.

Second Hand Uniforms
We store old uniforms at the Scout Den to help families save money and reduce waste.
Donating Uniforms:
If you have a uniform that is no longer needed, please drop it into the Lost and Found box at the Scout Den. We will check and store the uniform for future use by other families.
Getting Second Hand Uniforms:
If you would like to use a second hand uniform, please visit the Scout Den and look through the box labelled “Second Hand Uniforms”. You’re welcome to take what you need.
